How it works
- Log in and open your profile.
- Find the 30-day money-back guarantee and click the refund button.
- That’s it. Your refund starts right away. Nobody has to approve it, and I won’t ask you why.
You’ll get an email confirming the refund. Your access to the course ends when the refund goes through.
The details
- The window: 30 days from the day you paid.
- The amount: everything you paid for the course, returned to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
- What’s covered: the MOST course. A one-on-one Tape Review ($30 for 20 minutes) is a separate service and isn’t part of the guarantee. If something went wrong with a session, write me and we’ll sort it out.
- Free access: if you got MOST free (for example, as a past Kajabi student), there’s nothing to refund.
- Once per purchase: a refunded purchase can’t be refunded again. You’re welcome back any time at the current price.
